A cookie is a small piece of text a site asks your browser to keep. This site also uses local storage for the consent bar. Neither is required for you to read about our reviews, fees, or field notes.

Types we describe

Essential. Needed to remember that you have already answered the consent bar, so it does not return on every page load. Refusing still leaves the pages working; the bar may appear again if the browser cannot keep the choice.

Analytics. Not set on this static site today. If we later add a first-party count of page visits, it will run only after Accept, and this table will be updated before that happens.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not allow a third party to set a cookie through this site for remarketing.

The consent bar writes only to local storage under that brand-prefixed key. It does not need a network cookie to function.

How to manage or disable storage

Use Accept or Reject on the bar; both are offered with the same weight. You may also clear stored data for this site in your browser settings, or use the browser’s block-cookies controls. Third-party browser add-ons can also block storage; we cannot repair a broken add-on.

Third-party cookies

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. That request may allow Google to see your IP address and the font files you need. It is not a cookie we set. If you block that request, the site still reads, with the browser’s fallback serif type.

Impact of disabling

Rejecting or blocking storage does not hide fees, reviews, or the enquiry form. You may see the consent bar again. Optional analytics, if introduced later, would not run after Reject.
