A thirty percent booking amount holds an audit or briefing week. The balance is due when the final note is delivered, or on the morning of the briefing.
What moves a quote
- A second app, or a white-label cousin that sends under another name
- Archives older than three months that still need to be in the story
- A language we cannot judge without an outside reader
- Android channel files that arrive as screenshots rather than rows
- A findings sitting outside the Klang Valley that needs travel (quoted separately, rarely needed)
We do not charge extra for “urgency theatre.” If the start week is full, we offer the next one.
What we will not price as a package
A never-ending “retainer dashboard.” If you want a second look three months later, that is a new brief with a new window. Some clients book a cadence review after an audit; that is two invoices, not a bundle with a secret discount.
