What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, organisation or app name, kind of review, optional preferred week, and the message you write. From a booked review: the exports and copy you send, plus notes of calls and sittings. We do not ask for identity card numbers, payment card details on this site, or live system passwords.
This website’s form posts to a static acknowledgement file for demonstration of the page. In live use, enquiries are read by the desk by email. Treat anything you type as if it will be read by a person at the address above.
Purposes
We use the information to reply, to quote, to perform the review, to invoice, and to keep records required for accounting and for the handling of refund or complaint requests. We do not sell lists. We do not use enquiry contents to send unrelated promotional alerts.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for up to twelve months in case you write again about the same app. Working papers and findings notes for a completed booking are kept for seven years, in line with ordinary Malaysian commercial record-keeping, then deleted or irreversibly anonymised. You may ask for earlier deletion of enquiry mail; we will say if an invoice or legal hold prevents it.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Write to info@utility-gardenhub.click. We will respond within the time the Act expects. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commissioner if you believe we have not handled a request properly.
International transfers
The desk is in Malaysia. If a sitting participant or a file host sits outside Malaysia, we will tell you before that transfer and rely on your instruction to proceed with the booking. We do not load this static site with third-party advertising pixels.
Cookies and local storage
See the cookies page. Consent choices are stored on your device. Rejecting non-essential storage does not block reading the site.
Children
The reviews concern professional send programmes. We do not knowingly collect data from children through this site.
